Let's see what's been happening this week:
Microsoft News - Windows 10 revealed
In a media event that Microsoft had this week, they announced that the next Windows OS will be named Windows 10 and would be released during 2015. It will be made free to all Windows 8.1 owners and will combine elements of its predecessors Windows 7 and 8, using the start menu style of 7 with the tile style of 8. The company's vice president of OS Terry Myerson stated that the reason why its called 10 instead of 9 was to avoid the apps from getting it confused with other OS like 95 and 98. Whether or not this will be better than 8, we will soon see.
In other news, Westone Bit Entertainment (the studio behind SEGA's Wonder Boy Series) may go bankrupt very soon, Nick Offerman (well known voice actor who recently voiced MetalBeard in The LEGO Movie) gets to guest star in an upcoming Simpsons episode, 12 Years A Slave star Lupita Nyong'o ditches a role in Broadway to appear in Star Wars 7 (and I don't blame her), The LEGO Movie sequel may not be the only sequel according to Warner Bros and aliens could be playable in next Mass Effect game.
