Let's see what's been happening this week:
Warner Bros. News - Film Schedule for 2016-2020 revealed
This week, WB finally announced its full line up of DC films which for the most part, are set to be based in the DC Cinematic Universe that began with Man of Steel. So we've got Batman VS Superman: Dawn of Justice and a Suicide Squad film out in 2016, a Wonder Woman film (finally) and the first Justice League film out in 2017, a Flash film and Aquaman film out in 2018, a Shazam film and the second Justice League film out in 2019 and a Cyborg film and a Green Lantern film out in 2020. In addition to this, 3 LEGO films have been revealed as well which are expected to build upon the success of The LEGO Movie which will include a Ninjago film in 2016, a LEGO Batman film out in 2017 and the long awaited sequel to The LEGO Movie out in 2018. As well as that, 3 films based on J.K. Rowling's original story and screen-writing debut, "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them" which in turn is a spin-off of Harry Potter, will be coming in 2016, 2018 and 2020 with David Yates, David Heyman, Rowling, Steve Kloves and Lionel Wigram reuniting to make them. So fans everywhere, rejoice as WB has it all covered. So its just a matter of whether they will all deliver and it all begins in 2016 and I can't freakin' wait.
In other news, a small team from Ubisoft visit a school in the UK and also reveal more on the story of Unity and release some new games in their long running Petz franchise on the 3DS, the Marvel Cinematic Universe may very well do the Civil War timeline according to news about Iron Man appearing in Captain America 3 while Marvel also kill off one of their most iconic characters from X-Men, a new system update goes live on Xbox One this week, while we wait for WB to deliver we have a special one off DC Comics special coming soon on Cartoon Network that ties in with LEGO Batman 3 and Watch Dogs may go the same way as Assassin's Creed in regards to sequels and protagonists of said sequels.
