Random Movie Review - On Her Majesty's Secret Service

So George Lezenby's one and only James Bond film, has been considered by many to be among the worst of the series and its more of a case of the blame being either put onto Lezenby himself, the film itself or both. Personally, I feel its both because Sean Connery despite the funny British accent he puts on, is a much better actor anyday. But if you wish to find out more, read on:

So this time, Bond is once again, after Blofeld (this time, played by Telly Savalas) who plans to do terrible things to the world's food supply unless his demands are met which is mostly to do with crimes he previously committed among other things. As this goes down, Bond like he does, falls in love and gets married too.

I am part of the group that really hates this film to the point of refusing to watch it. Its not perfect and for a film with a new actor playing Bond, I would've expected it to do better. But as we all know, no franchise is perfect and I think this was just one of many Bond films to come that would not go down well, but fortunately there are far less bad films in this series than say Transformers. 4/10
