Review of the Week

So after yet another cold week (here in the UK anyway), and hopefully the last cold week for a while, here's what's been happening:

Nintendo News - MiiVerse App details
Currently as we all know, MiiVerse is Nintendo's social network that is currently on one device, the Wii U. But in an announcement at GDC 2013, Nintendo have plans to release a MiiVerse app for smart phones in May this year. This will allow all us Ninty players to socialize and interact with each other for all things gaming and just general chats. Very exciting stuff and sooner or later, Nintendo will have catched up with their competitors so good work from them so far.

Ubisoft News - Ubisoft Toronto collabs with UbiSoft Montreal to work on next AC game
While we already know what the next AC game will be, news has emerged that Ubisoft Toronto are collaborating with Ubisoft Montreal to work on the following AC game after AC4. While many people say it's a big deal, it's not because since AC3, we now know that every game in the series gets work done on it on a yearly basis with AC3 taking three years to complete and the upcoming AC4 was in development from 2011 onwards, so all I'm saying is, stop with all these reports of AC games, because there will be one released every year, it will take a few years to create the game and really, no one wants to know about it until big events like E3 so just drop it.

Bond News - First Matt Smith, now Bruce Willis
Last week, I said that Matt Smith (the current Doctor Who, for anyone wondering) was thinking of being a villain in a future Bond film. Well now, Bruce Willis (Die Hard) has a similar interest as he wants to play a future villain as well, but with all these predictions of what the next Bond film will be like, no one really knows how it's going to turn out and whether it will be better than Skyfall. Only time will tell.

And in a short wrap up of other news this week, a long time Disney editor by the name Norman Palmer died of natural causes, James Franco (Oz The Great and Powerful) visits Disneyland in California with an interest in Walt Disney's history, Simon Cowell (X Factor) acquires Potter's glasses for some kind of big awards event and oh yeah, it's Easter so a lot of events will be happening this weekend.

Trance (UK and Ireland release, with further releases in the coming months)
