Review of the Week

With only a few more hours to go until June, here's what's been happening this week:

SEGA News - Fragrances
In possibly the most unusual piece of news this week, SEGA have teamed up with Epic Scents to bring out gamer based fragrances so that fans can smell like their favourite characters. Little is known about this right now, but no doubt we will hear more very soon. Epic Scents may be very familiar to all you Capcom fans as they did the same with Capcom last year. My thoughts on this, Its an odd thing for SEGA to do, but I wish them all the best with it.

DC Comics News - Superman's 75th Anniversary News
So let's take a break from Doctor Who and have a look at a famous and iconic superhero, better known to you and me as not DC's greatest superhero, but the greatest superhero, period after Batman. That's right, in honour of the 75th anniversary of Superman, a new logo has been made which will make its debut in the comic book shown above. And you can expect that the upcoming Man of Steel film will do good at the box office as Zach Snyder has stated that it was his most realistic film ever created and will also be making a short film in honour of the hero's 75th anniversary alongside Bruce Timm. I just hope that we get something similar for Batman's next big anniversary.

Simpsons News - A Dedicated Theme Park in the works
Yes you heard right. Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida are bringing in a Simpsons Theme Park, bringing a lot of your favourite places in Springfield to life. This includes the likes of a Krusty Burger, a Moe's Tavern, a Kwik-E-Mart, a Luigi's Pizza, a Andriod Dungeon and more. You can even try real Duff Beer and meet The Simpsons themselves. Unfortunately, while all this is coming this summer, die hard fans won't be seeing a power plant, Mr. Burns' Mansion or even The Simpsons' home, but it will be an adventure nevertheless. So with this and a Harry Potter theme park, can it get any more better than this? Well you never know.

So unless there's anything that I've missed, that's your lot for this week so now let's get into this week's film and video game releases:

After Earth (USA and Canada only with more to follow and review coming soon)
Byzantium (Ireland, Romania and UK only with more to follow)

Movie Review - Inside Out 2

I guess a sequel to the first makes sense here. I mean, for the most part, this franchise is all about the subject of growing up and with ...
