Review of the Week

Let's see what's been happening this week:

Cartoon Network News - Uncle Grandpa Day
Its unusual for me to talk about something Cartoon Network because for a while, I wasn't really into the stuff they were showing and its still the case now, but it isn't so bad. Anyway, so the broadcasting channel has announced a new hallmark holiday called Uncle Grandpa Day. Taking place on Thursday 21st August in the USA (sorry rest of the world), the channel will be having a marathon of Uncle Grandpa episodes all day from 9am ET/PT. It is quite and unusual day as it has not one but two family members being recognized as well loved and respected members of the family, but I don't know if this will stay or not. Who knows.

In other news, Daniel Radcliffe reveals that he didn't need glasses in Harry Potter (which is probably a fashion statement more than anything else), Peter Capaldi admits to selling all his Doctor Who merch for lager and curry (we forgive you), Some guy decides to propose to all the Disney Princesses (and Gaston) at Disney World but due to Disney policy is turned down by all of them (the things people will do to get a girl or man), the PS4 becomes the fastest selling console in Sony's history when Xbox One sales go quiet, Bioware makes the bold decision to not make sexuality a priority in their games and Hobbit inspired beer brews are in the works.

And now for the week's film and video game releases in most areas:

Films:
Hector and the Search for Happiness (Some areas with more to follow. Not all areas will get this film)
Singham Returns (Some areas with not many more to follow)

Video Games:
Mini Metro (Windows, MAC and Linux) (Worldwide)
Hohokum (All 8th gen PlayStation platforms and PS3) (Worldwide)
Risen 3: Titan Lords (PS3, 360 and Windows) (Worldwide)
