Review of the Week

So this month, there will be a full batch of review of the week posts just so as long as I can find and talk about any news that happens during the week and if there is nothing really significant to talk about, then I'll instead either do a theory or a bonus review. So with that said, let's see what's been happening this week:

SEGA News - Sonic and Content ID
So with all this content ID controversy that YouTube is getting, it seems that SEGA are getting in on the action as they begin to target those making Let's Play videos of their own Sonic the Hedgehog. Now at the time of writing this, its only been reported and nothing of the sort has been confirmed by SEGA and they have as of yet, not decided on supporting the copyright flagging or not. However, many believe that this could be because of the iconic sound that the original SEGA logo intro did, but as I say, nothing of the sort has been known yet. Its seems that everyone wants in on the action here, but it seems that Nintendo of all people are taking it easy by introducing a contract system which has so far proven to be quite popular. But I think its good to know these things if I personally decide to do Let's Plays myself.

In other news, Doctor Who is finally getting the LEGO treatment marking the first licensed theme owned by the BBC to be in LEGO, Square Enix just made a lot of money, Astroboy is getting another film made by the LEGO Movie creators and things aren't looking good for Dreamworks following the staff layoffs.

Now onto the week's film and video game releases in most areas:

Films:
Jupiter Ascending (Most areas with more to follow)
Shaun the Sheep Movie (Some areas with more to follow. Review coming soon)

Video Games:
Grow Home (Win) (Worldwide)
