Random Video Game Review - Genesis Noir

Now, this is what I call art in video games. I've played a few games like this where it's like watching art come to life, and it definitely feels like that here. I'm also a fan of gangster and crime like stories, and also noir stuff as well. So this game is right up my alley and even has a lot of sci-fi elements too. Plus lots of puzzles and even a compelling story that makes us think about the universe at large. So let's take a look at this game, which I got from the most recent Humble Bundle Choice pack:

Played out as a point and click adventure game, you play as No Man, a guy who finds the love of his life Miss Mass at the brink of being killed by Golden Boy. Upon coming across the bullet sent to her, No Man realizes that he can stop time and in doing so, he sets out to save his girl while also uncovering things about creation and also the potential destruction of the universe. No Man's goal is to create a black hole to stop Golden Boy's bullet, and goes through mini black holes to uncover the mystery behind Golden Boy and also this spiral symbol that No Man keeps coming across.

Although some puzzles in the levels can be confusing, this is otherwise a great, stylish game. It's though provoking, mysterious, challenging at times, but a work of art that is worthy of a play. Wonderful visuals too, I might add. 9/10
