Doctor Who Review: The Rebel Flesh (S6, E5)

This is my review of the latest Doctor Who adventure "The Rebel Flesh".

Spoilers!!!!!!

So I see that The Doctor has made the Tardis more homely with a dartboard and a radio which is new and following from previous episodes of this series, he continues to scan Amy to see if she's pregnant. The Tardis lands on an island which contains a factory which has two types of races which are Humans and Gangers. The Gangers look exactly like the humans (as the factory uses some sort of cloning device) but have a sort of disorientated face that helps with identifying them with the humans. The Doctor somehow gets his hand in the chemical used to create Gangers and must now find a way to have these two races become friend, however in the process things don't go down well as the leader of Team Human starts the war between them and then The Doctor finds out that he too has a ganger form.

After watching this episode, I see that the Gangers look quite similar to the monsters in "The Waters Of Mars". They think like humans and move like humans but overall they are not humans but aliens that look like disorientated humans. In my opinion, the aliens in this episode are the scariest that Steven Moffat has to offer so far. I give this a rating of 8/10 for the Overall adventure.

Note: This is part one of a two part Dr Who adventure so if you miss this one, you won't understand the next episode. Believe me, I know.

Peace.
