Torchwood: Miracle Day Review: The New World (S4, E1)

Now I know this has already been broadcast in the USA already which is what I was expecting seeing as most of it will be based in the US any way. And I have seen previous Torchwood episodes from the last three seasons so I know what's up in it.

SPOILERS!!!

So we start in the USA where a man has been found guilty of murder and has been sentanced to death, however he somehow survives. Then we are in the CIA HQ where people are experiencing a problem and they see the word "Torchwood". Assuming that its some sort of virus (which as we all know its not) a woman from the area helps an injured agent of the same organization to find out this mystery as its soon discovered that people who are ment to be dying, are not as well as what Torchwood is. meanwhile Gwen, Rhys and thier baby are enjoying country life but are constantly disturbed by the sound of a helicopter and then later on a call from Gwen's former partner in the police force who tells them about Gwen's dad suffering with the same thing that everyone else is. Back in the USA, Jack arrives and tracks down the two agents of the CIA who are both been turned against the CIA and then later on Jack and the agent roundevou with Gwen, Rys and the baby and head back to Cardiff after a helicopter trys to take them down. The agent then forces the 5 to head to the USA
to continue the investigation.

Overall, I think its great to see them back in action but I would've wanted them to do more things in England but of course, thats up to the headwriter, Russell T Davis. I can't wait to see what happens over the series and I'll keep reviewing each episode as they come and go. 8/10
