SPOILERS!!!! (also apologizes for the lateness)
Gwen, Rex and Ester continue their investigation in the camps to tell the world about them while Jack confronts the CEO of PhiCorp to find more information about the miracle. But everything doesn't go according to plan as the camp director (in CA) finds out what Ester and Rex are up to and decides to confront them. Rex tries to convince him to stop these camps, but the director decides to give Rex more pain and after a fierce fight with Ester, he is shot by the guy who was with him when Vera was burned. Gwen and Rhys manage to get Gwen's father out and destroy the camp with explosives. Rex and Ester also leave but knowing that they are compromised. Gwen returns to LA only to find out that her mother, Rhys and her child are being held hostage and all the kidnappers want in order for their freedom is Jack.
I'm glad that this one showed more of Torchwood in action than lots of interviews and talks from Oswald (who wasn't in this episode) and I enjoy continuing to watch it. 9/10
