MAJOR SPOILERS!!!!
Now that they know where to go, Esther, Rex (both still in Buenos Aires), Jack, Gwen and Oswald (the trio still in Shanghai) must now trace the blood so that they know where to go. They then seek the CIA for assistance with tracing it while there has been claims that a traitor lurks inside the CIA HQ. Esther and Rex then hire a group of soldiers who are willing to help them in this last final mission to end the miracle, but the plan fails as a greedy soldier then gets exploded by the other soldiers (after seeing Jack's blood). However, Rex then has the Captain (who survives the explosion) to get another team together and still attempt to infiltrate the location of the blessing. Gwen rings Rhys about her dad for the last time in the series and asks him to send her regards to dad before he departs. At the same time, Gwen also finds the entrance to the blessing and waits for Oswald and Jack who both have a little talk about things. As both teams meet the family and see the blessing, they soon realise that something sinister is afoot as explained by two of the family members. Jack and Rex in a desperate attempt, have their blood go through the hole and makes everyone mortal again (except for Jack and somehow Rex who now has Jack's blood). Eshter unfortunately dies as we go to her funeral. The CIA traitor is revealed and killed at the same time and then everyone discovers that Rex is now also immortal thanks to Jack. Jilly confronts the man from before who tells her of a plan B which is claimed to have the miracle occur again some time soon (probably a spoiler for another series). Oswald also dies with The Mother during the blessing's end.
Overall a great series finale of what has been another great series of Torchwood. Will we see it again? Who knows. Fantastic ending. 9/10
