LEGO Review: 2507 Fire Temple

This in some way resembles the many temples you may have encountered at some point in China/Japan but with ninjas, skeleton warriors and a fire dragon. This resembles the fire element in the Ninjago LEGO theme which is similar to Bionicle but for younger audiences. So let's get on with my review:

Box Art (shown above):

The front of it shows how awesome the set looks, with it's features being shown on the back and the minifigures included shown on one of the sides. Nothing that spectacular but still good. 7/10

Building:
Much like with some of the other sets I've reviewed, this took about 2 hours to build. Building started off with the minifigures and the fire dragon, followed by the temple itself and finishing with the temple stairs and the small outside parts. The only real problem I have is that the outside parts don't connect to the temple the way most sets do so I just used some spare parts to connect it which worked out pretty OK. These kinds of sets have more than just a big thing to build which although means more work is needed, its also more fun. 9/10

Set Design:
The set contains 7 minifigures (2 Skeleton Warriors and their master, 2 Ninjas, their master and the red Ninja's sister) with various and different weapons for them all, a buildable dragon with ball spitter (that looks like a resemblance to a Bionicle set I had a long time ago), Some Chinese/Japanese elements and the temple can split in half for more fun. Great variety there. 9/10

Playability:

With there being many elements put into this and a lot of features included, the playability period will last a very long time until the next Japanese/Chinese temple comes along. 9/10

A very impressive set that has many great features that will entertain the user for a very long time. 9/10
