LEGO Review: 4195 Queen Anne's Revenge

OK so I've decide to do something new so lets get right to it. This reviews will be very similar to my Game reviews so beware. Ok so this is the Queen Anne's Revenge ship from Pirates of the Caribbean 4 in LEGO form.

Box Design:
So the box has the ship on the front specifying what minifigures you get and also saying that there is a poster inside. On the back, is what features you can use on the ship when fully constructed.

Its just the average LEGO box so nothing new here. 5/10

Building:

When I built it, as it was a big set, it took roughly an hour and a half to do. Its realitivly easy and fun in many ways and after it was built, I decide to make some of my own alterations with the spare pieces so that they can be used and not wasted.

It was fun building this. 8/10

Set Design:
So you get seven minifigures which include, Jack Sparrow, Angelica, Blackbeard, Cook, Quartermaster and 2 other pirates. You also get a lot of skeliton pieces and also the average pirate gear including, cannons with cannon balls, an anchor, sials, pirate flag, steering wheel and captains quarters (or the outside of it at least).

With it having more of a darker tone to other pirate ships, this is actually quite good in many ways. 8/10

Playfullness:
A set like this can be played for a while. Whats really disappointing is that it doesn't have that floating function that most LEGO boats have (where it floats on water) and in its place, we get those round flat LEGO bricks that make it easier to move about. 7/10

I personally like this set as its the first pirate ship that I've ever had and its fun to create and play with (not to mention the extra bits you can get with it as well). 9/10
