Samsung Galaxy SII Review

So seeing as I recently upgraded my phone, it seems only fitting that I should review it. So the Samsung Galaxy S2 is the successor to the Samsung Galaxy S and runs the Android OS which is a Linux OS made for mobile devices and is currently owned by Google. So I shall now do a run down of the phone's features:

Camera:

The camera is build into the phone (as most phone's are these days) and can take and record up to 1080p images and videos. The apps that use the camera work well and it helps users use it. I tried it and I was pleased with the results so well done Samsung. 9/10

The OS (Operating System):
The phone runs Android 2.3x Gingerbread as its operating system. The user interface has the main menu use a mix of widgets and apps for the users taste but only limits to about 7 pages on the SGSII. It's very easy to use, but compared to IOS (Apple's Operating System for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch), the main menu could have more pages. However this doesn't mean its bad. With the ability to use a mixture of widgets and apps on the main menu, this makes it slightly better than IOS so really Apple have a lot to live up to. 9/10

What's in the Box:
In the box, you will get the charger, manuals, a pair of earphones and of course the phone itself. Its not much to go by but it gives you exactly what you need for your phone. 8/10

Networks:
The phone can be used with all the known major networks which for the UK (where I live) is:
Orange (which I'm on currently with the Panther package)
O2
T Mobile
Vodaphone
3

Overall (and yeah I know its a short list of things to review as I'm still getting used to it), its a good smartphone which gives you everything that you should expect from a Smartphone so good work Samsung. 9/10
