Doctor Who Review - The Sixth Doctor (Colin Baker)

The sixth doctor was played by Colin Baker (not related to Tom Baker in anyway) who a lot of you will know for being one of the participants of last year's UK version of I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here and the Come Dine With Me panto special. Up until the Doctor Who film, he was the shortest running doctor, having been in the role for only 2 years (1984-1986) as well as various specials and radio plays, like with the other doctors.

His take on the doctor was that he had mixed emotions and often dressed in multicoloured clothes which Colin Baker himself, describes as a explosion in a rainbow factory. He was the only known Doctor to have been able to change the appearance of the Tardis from a police box into something else and was very determined to win in his battles against his enemies, often using violence than just convincing them. He also has a likeness for cats.

As his time was very short, Colin Baker has often dubbed himself as the unlikable doctor, however when he was given a chance to do some radio plays, he has since destroyed that rank. While his time was very short, he is one of the most unusual of the doctors with his mixed emotions and odd ways of dressing up, but his time was in my opinion, a good one, but I do wish we could see more of him, but oh well. 8/10
