Some of you may remember me reviewing this game not too long ago as part of the series review of the Wii series. However, back then, it was a review for just the sports that were available at the time. Now that all the sports are now out, it felt right for me to look at it once more and redo my score to address the whole game as opposed to part of it so let's get started:
So this is effectively a HD remake of the original Wii Sports that came out on the Wii and was one of the best selling video games of all time. You get the same sports as before which are Tennis, Golf, Boxing, Bowling and Baseball which play out the same, but with improved visuals as well as taking advantage of the Wii U's features like the Gamepad and Miiverse. You join a club and away you go.
That's pretty much the game summed up. Is it a great remake? No, not really, but its the closest we get to a remake of the best selling Wii game of all time so I'm happy with that. 7/10
