Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Review - Making Friends and Influencing People (S2, E3)

He's back everyone. So we move from the guy who can change into any substance he touches to the guy from the last series who we last saw freezing things and ever since that one episode with him on it, we haven't seen him since, until now. So let's have a look at his come back:

So a former S.H.I.E.L.D. agent known as Agent 33 (played by Maya Stojan) gets captured by Hydra and their leader Daniel Whitehall (played by Reed Diamond) attempts to brainwash her. Hydra also seem to be after Donnie Gill (reprised by Dylan Minnette) who as we all know, has abilities that make him able to freeze things. Simmons who has been acting as a mole for S.H.I.E.L.D. inside Hydra, informs Coulson of this news and they begin to track down Donnie and find out what Hydra want with him.

Its not really that good of an episode in my opinion. I mean it was nice to bring back an old face, but the way the character ends is just unnecessary and pointless (not giving away any big spoilers as such). Aside from that, its good to see Skye do some pretty cool field work instead of being on the field and just not doing that much. She also gets some much needed character development as we find out more about her parents and Fitz comes face to face with Ward about how he nearly killed him. Not that great of an episode, but there's still stuff to like in it anyway and that's what's important at the end of the day. 7/10
