TV Episodes Review - The Fearsome Dr. Crane (Gotham S1, E14) + Aftershocks (Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. S2, E11)

So having done these posts for a while now, a new format was something that I felt was needed instead of doing them in separate posts. This time, Scarecrow reveals himself in Gotham and after its mid season break, Coulson is ready to hit Hydra hard and where it hurts once again in Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. I will also say that I may choose to do these posts more regularly to look at other shows during times when there isn't much on, on the TV (as I only have Freeview and only choose to use streaming services when I feel the need to). So let's take a look:

Gotham - The Fearsome Dr. Crane (S1, E14)
So Bullock and Gordon investigate a serial killer (later revealed to be our titular character Dr. Crane) who is attacking a fear support group using means of fear itself put onto them. Gordon also pays a visit to Bruce Wayne to tell him of Selina being a false witness, which Bruce dismisses and decides to investigate things himself as a result. Meanwhile, Maroni becomes aware of Cobblepot's betrayal and uses means of killing him while Edward Nigma gets suspended from the GCPD. So after having seen a few of the rouge gallery already, its nice that the show-runners are giving us more of them to enjoy watching. Of course Cobblepot takes centre stage in this season, but its still nice to see others in action too. Gives the show a bit more variety and I like that. Also, some pretty good character development to be seen here too. 9/10

Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. - Aftershocks (S2, E11)
Spoiler alert. So with Hydra's leader Triplett dead, Coulson decides to form a plan to take down and hit Hydra hard before someone else fills the leadership role. As this happens, both the team and others who were involved in the previous episode's events, become aware of changes that are happening to them such as Raina now having a more monstrous appearance and Skye realises that she may have used an ability that she wasn't aware of having until recently, that caused what happened in the previous episode. As the start of the second half, it does feel like it picks up well from what happened in the last episode. Its not action packed, but it does account for what happened previously and sets the tone for the remainder of the season (which hopefully may have an episode that ties into the upcoming Avengers: Age of Ultron, but we shall see). 8/10

Movie Review - Inside Out 2

I guess a sequel to the first makes sense here. I mean, for the most part, this franchise is all about the subject of growing up and with ...
