TV Episode Review - Bouncing Back (Agents of SHIELD S3, E11) + Worse Than a Crime (Gotham S2, E11)

This time, the government decide to let SHIELD do its thing in secret and in Gotham, everyone has a part to play in saving Bruce Wayne and taking down Galavan:

Bouncing Back

So long story short, we in the UK are now up to speed with what's going on in the show as in the USA, you are now an episode ahead of us so we're more or less up to speed. Anyway, so the team are sent to recover yet another Inhuman who is stealing police weapons and somehow gets apprehended despite her super speed. Coulson meanwhile makes an attempt to track down Malick and uses a machine to help him do so. Its the first episode in the second half of the season and it looks as though there may be a few things going for it. Things are looking up for S.H.I.E.L.D. now that Ward is out of the picture (or so we think), but I'd say its going to take a while before S.H.I.E.L.D. are able to take down their enemies with or without the help of the Inhumans or the Avengers. 8/10

Worse Than a Crime

With Bruce being kidnapped by Galavan and the GCPD not wanting to do anything about it, Gordon forms an alliance with Cobblepot and his men along with Bullock, Alfred, Selina and Fox to find him and take Galavan down once and for all before Bruce gets himself killed. This is one hell of a mid-season finale. Its got everyone all geared up for a fight and its just all action packed moments from there. Its a fine mid-season finale, but somewhat predictable if you're a hardcore Batman fan like myself. 7/10
