TV Episode Review - Many Heads, One Tale (Agents of SHIELD S3, E8) + Tonight's the Night (Gotham S2, E8)

This time, things start to take effect with SHIELD while in Gotham, Barbara Gordon wants to get married (which ends with some deadly results):

Many Hands, One Tale
With the true power of Hyrda revealed, Ward sets out to find the vault containing this power in the hopes to take down SHIELD. Coulson doesn't like this and sends agents out to kill him while he himself confronts Price for some information. Meanwhile Hunter and Morse infiltrate the ATCU to find out the whereabouts of this Inhuman that the team are after. Now most people have called this episode, the episode of the series that manages to tie in the Inhumans and the Hydra storylines together and completely changes the origins of Hydra in the MCU after previous speculations that Red Skull was responsible for its creation and to me, that's a pretty big deal. Often when it comes to changing the MCU, we get big films like Captain America: The Winter Solider, telling us about things that will change the MCU from this point on, but its never happened in one of the MCU's TV shows and its good that something like this has made it possible for even MCU shows to change everything. Its great. Other than that, its well acted throughout, there's plenty of action and we'll never see Hydra in quite the same light again. 9/10

Tonight's the Night
So long story short, Barbara who has gone insane, manages to get her way with Jim and makes an attempt to marry him against his will. While that is happening, Bruce and Theo negotiate on things which would give Theo power in Wayne Enterprises and would give Bruce more information on his parents' killer. Edward Nygma, feeling down about what has happened recently, joins forces with an injured Penguin. A very interesting episode which is also a bit on the insane side. I know I've said in the past that some of the cast are quite attractive, but in the case of Barbara, this would be the moment where I would want to get her in that wedding dress out of my head. Seriously, its a terrible dress and does not suit her at all. But its otherwise another good episode. 8/10
