So last year an indie game called Oh...Sir! The Insult Simulator came out and was a surprise hit. So now we get the sequel to that game and as the name implies, this time is all about movies. But instead of going against such characters like James Bond, Harry Potter or even Deadpool, you instead go against slightly altered famous characters with their own names (probably due to legal purposes) which makes things a lot more fun and also pretty nostalgic and nerdy. So let's see how insulted people can get in this game:
Gameplay follows a near identical style to the previous game where you pick your character and have a limited amount of words and phrases to create the perfect insult against your opponents. As always, its ideal to try as many combos as you can and the insults can and will contain pop culture references to films of all shapes and sizes such as those in the superhero and fantasy genre. Graphics are very artsy much like with the first game and its best being played with a friend.
There really isn't much else to say about it. An indie game that's a pretty decent game I have to say. Its probably the sort that would work well in Let's Play videos as well as with parties and other occasions. But definitely not one to be played solo all the time. So if you like films and have a liking to the sort of films we get these days, then this is a game for you. No questions asked. 7/10
