Random Movie Review - Mission Impossible: Fallout

So this was the film that forced Henry Cavill to have a mustache and thus be too distracting in Justice League. Well honestly I can't complain much because that film was actually ok in the end despite the looming problems. So here we are with the sixth instalment in the Mission Impossible film series in which they just keep getting better and better. Its kind of embarrassing for Paramount that the only good series of films they have going at present are anything that's to do with this and Star Trek which you know could be either good or bad and I do hear that the new Transformers series has started off really well. Anyway enough chat, let's take on another mission of impossible proportions:

Set two years following Rogue Nation, Ethan Hunt (reprised once again by Tom Cruise) is on the hunt for some missing platonium after a mission goes wrong. Matters are made worse when he and his team start getting monitored by CIA agent August Walker (played by Cavill) who is sent by them on the assumption that the IMF are not doing a very good job. However he has his own goals and soon it become apparent that the IMF may find trusting anyone outside of them to be as impossible as the mission they are taking on.

As the sixth installment in the franchise, it still shows that this long running series isn't running out of steam just yet. Tom Cruise may be getting more tired out with each film, but he still acts his socks off. It is as critics have called it, the best in the series so far and I hope it continues on while also getting on to its endgame. But yeah, great film and looking forward to the next one which I hope gets even more impossible to work out. 9/10
