AC20: Random Movie Review - A Christmas Prince: The Royal Baby

In what is feeling like a tradition now for Netflix, we have another Christmas Prince film. They have met, have wed and are now expecting their first child. Lots of people as I may have said in the last review may be turned off by this. But watching all the films, I think they are ok. It's not too cheesy nor does it try and do everything many of us would expect from a typcial Christmas rom com and the same can be said for this one. So let's go into royal matters once again:

Following the wedding of King Richard (reprised by Ben Lamb) and Queen Amber (reprised by Rose McIver) of Aldovia, the couple are now expecting their first child. But when King Tai (played by Kevin Shen) and Queen Ming (played by Momo Yeung) of Penglia arrive to sign a historic treaty between both nations, the treaty goes missing just before and so the search is on to find it before war ensues.

Yeah for a film about the baby, its not too focused on it. I mean yeah the baby is on the way and all that, but the treaty kind of takes the focus away. But nevertheless, the film goes full circle in that regard and we get another decent film in the Christmas Prince series. Not sure where they will go after this one, but only time will tell. 7/10
