Random Video Game Review - Reus

We all have different opinions on how the universe was created. Some believe it was the work of a big bang or the work of a high and mighty being living upstairs. This game meanwhile, believes that the Earth was created by giant beings that resemble some of the elements. Should be interesting and had they existed today, maybe we would have been spared of the coronavirus which I know I bring up a lot here, but it really is the only thing the news can talk about. At least when Brexit happened, it was that and other things too. But anyway, let's have a look at this game:

So the player plays the role of the creator of this 2D planet whose job is to guide four beings that resemble four of the elements. These elements are swamp, water, forest and rock with the idea being that each one of them can make up a patch of land and their further powers can create resources, villages and some transmutations. Depending on the player's way of doing all of that, the villages can end up being very greedy and war hungry or very peaceful and prosperous.

A pretty simple and straight forward game, Reus is a pretty chilled game. Sure it presents itself with complexities among other things. But it's that sort of game where you can experiment and toy with the humans without much of a time limit. So yeah if you have a computer, give it a chance. 8/10
