Its a puzzle game today. So many of them are around now, with most being indie titles like this one. Most of the time, they are relaxing, challenging and in some instances, fun. Many are frustrating, sure, but overall we are able to train our brains by doing these kinds of games (though brain power is often used a lot in games anyway). So let's see what we have here:
Players play as a participant in a dream therapy program who gets trapped in a reoccurring dream cycle and must find a way out with guidance from a mysterious voice. Players have to traverse a series of rooms, with each one having an exit that may need some kind of trigger to open. The use of forced perspective can be used to manipulate the world and objects to reach your goal. Later on in the game, other mechanics get introduced, such as illusions and other things.
As a puzzle game, it's alright. Not perfect, but decent enough to get people playing it. However, it is short in length and the story is a bit lacklustre in a way. Not that I'm surprised or anything because most games like this tend to be short anyway, but I guess some of us just want a bit more from it than what we got here. 7/10
