AC8: TV Episode Review - Hell Bent (Doctor Who S9, E12)

This time, The Doctor goes to a place of his distant past:

So without giving away any spoilers, the Doctor goes to a planet of his distant past where he meets some old friends and foes while the true fate of Clara hangs in the balance. All told by him in present day Nevada.

So first of all, this planet is one that many fans have been wanting for the Doctor to physically go on since the show revived itself in 2005 and from a digital effects standpoint, it looks great and very sci-fi like as it should be. There are parts that are confusing, but it manages to be a great final episode to this series. Anything else I say would just be spoilers so go watch it and don't worry, you don't need to see this to understand the Christmas special which will be on in a few weeks so you'll be fine. 9/10
