TV Episode Review - Absolution (Agents of SHIELD S3, E21) + Unleashed (Gotham S2, E20)

This time, Hive gets war hungry in Agents of SHIELD, while in Gotham Prof. Strange gets a visit from the GCPD:

Absolution
With Johnson back in SHIELD, she gets put into containment in order to release herself from any connections to Hive while SHIELD use her Intel to track down Hive and stop him from detonating a warhead, using any military contacts from Talbot in the process to help. But this is all just part of a much bigger plan that Hive has for humanity. It is now very close to the season finale and I think its good that the team are doing things to stop Hive. However, part of me finds that some of this episode felt too rushed, but that may just be me. 7/10

Unleashed
The GCPD arrive at Arkham Asylum with a warrant to search the place. But Strange manages to get one step ahead by shredding any documents that the cops may find. Bruce and Selina also find a way into the asylum in the hopes to free Selina's friend while Nygma who's found a facility to be obsessed with, wants to break out. Away from the asylum, Azrael is still on the loose and so Butch and Penguin unite to take him down. Its all about the asylum in this one I have to say and I think most people will know about it one way or another. I mean it took centre stage in the Batman Arkham games (at least the first one anyway), but even so, its nice to see it in the world of the Gotham TV series. Aside from that, another decent episode all around. 8/10
