So with all the Marvel shows on Netflix getting cancelled as a result of Disney's new streaming service, I decided that I need to catch up with the ones I still need to watch, starting with The Punisher. To me the Punisher is one of the more badass characters Marvel has ever had who despite doing bad things is ultimately a hero of some capacity. So let's dive into it:
The overall story of this season sees Frank Castle (reprised by Jon Bernthal) come across a girl who is clearly in need of help and he goes about trying to protect her while dealing with a series of gangsters and politicians like always with the overarching goal of punishing anyone that tries to mess with him.
Yeah there really isn't much I can say of this season. Its hard to tell what is going on with every episode being either too dark or not bright enough to see what's going on. But as what will likely be its last season, its an OK season that brings probably the only Marvel show on Netflix that has been great throughout to a satisfactory conclusion even though some of us are wanting a bit more. 7/10
