Random Movie Review - Superbad

So concluding the month of school, college and university related films, we get a film about 3 guys wanting what all socially awkward and desperate guys want, to get laid. Having seen this film, its a pretty good film that does well to describe how socially awkward guys try to get laid and its one of the better attempts of using this scenario that I have seen so far, unlike such films as the American Pie series and Project X. So let's take a look at it:

So the film focuses on 2 high school seniors who are both socially awkward and want to get laid, one of them is called Seth (played by Jonah Hill) and the other is called Evan (Michael Cera) both friends from childhood, but go to seperate schools becasue Seth couldn't get a place in Dartmouth (where Evan is going to). Seth gets invited to a party from a girl called Jules (played by Emma Stone) and upon coming across a guy called Fogell (played by Christopher Mintz-Plasse) who claims that he will be able to aquire a fake ID, takes this to his advantage and promises to bring achohol to the party with help from Evan. But with a lot of complications falling into place, can they get to the party on time and will it all end well?

This is a pretty good film. Its uses the socially awkward scenario very well unlike other films and I enjoyed it a lot. 9/10
